Purchase Process

Select your design and place your order

Choose from our semi-custom or custom designs. Don't forget to attach any inspirational photos that can help us understand your style better!

Design Proofs

After placing your order, we'll be in touch with a form for you to fill in with all the wording needed for your purchased items. You'll receive your design drafts, including a mock-up, so you can see how the finished product will look. We'll work with you to fine-tune the design until you're 100% satisfied. Your order includes two rounds of edits.

Approval & Printing

Once you've approved your design, we'll start the production process with our printers.

Collection or Delivery

If you choose pickup, we'll reach out 1-2 weeks prior to your event to confirm the address. If delivery is required, we'll also confirm bump-in and bump-out timings, placements, and key contacts. If shipping is required, please refer to our FAQ for lead times.

Hire Process

Place your order from our Hire Shop

Select your event start date and end date, and the availability of each relevant product will appear. Add items you require to cart and checkout. Note that our hire period is 5 days and hire checkouts are separate from shop checkouts.

Collection or Delivery

If you choose pickup, we'll confirm the address 1-2 weeks prior to your event. The rental period for all items is 4 days. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, you can pick up the items on Thursday or later,
and they need to be returned by Monday. If items are returned late, we may deduct $20 from your bond for each day. This is because we need to prepare for our next client.

If delivery is required, we'll confirm bump-in and bump-out timings, placements, and key contacts. Please note that certain items, such as welcome signs, wishing wells, table numbers, and plinths, need to be left at the venue for pickup during bump-out. If you take any items with you, please contact us for the exact address for drop-off within two days of your event date to avoid a bond fee.

Bond returned

If there are no damages and all items are returned or picked up on time, we'll return your bond to your original method of payment. This process may take up to 10 working days.
