HOW IT WORKS

OUR HIRE PROCESS

SELECT DATE + ADD ITEMS TO CART

Select dates and time period (you can change this later). Add your item to hire to cart and specify any text or comments for items requiring design

SELECT OPTIONS + CHECKOUT

Select delivery options based on distance (if required) from the toggles during checkout. A refundable deposit of $100 is required for any hired items.

Full T&Cs are agreed upon at the time of booking

CONFIRM PICKUP FROM WILLETTON/ DELIVERY TIMINGS

For pickup from Willetton: We'll reach out 1-2 weeks prior to your event to provide our address

For delivery to venue/shipping: We'll confirm the finer details of bump-in and bump-out timing etc.

RETURNS TO WILLETTON/ PACK DOWN

Drop off to Willetton: All hire items need to be returned by the Monday after your event date

For pack down from venue: Ensure ALL hire items are left at the venue. Failure to do so will mean it will have to be return to our home based the day after

DEPOSIT RETURNED

You deposit will be returned through your original method of payment after return and inspection of all hire items  

It may take up to 10 working days to process

FAQ

How early should I book my signage or item(s) hire?

We recommend booking your items as soon as you've confirmed your event date(s) as hire items are dependent on availability and can get booked up during busy seasons. We don’t reserve or hold items so secure your items early to avoid disappointment.

DO YOU CHARGE A BOND?

Yes, we do. This is to ensure that our items are returned to us in the same condition that they were rented. Bond of $100 is standard and may be more depending on the items. Your bond will be returned to your original method of payment if your items are returned un-damaged, this may take up to 10 working days.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Willetton, SOR in Perth, Western Australia. You can pick up and drop off your hire items up to 2 days before or after your event date. We'll share the exact address closer to the date.

IF I'M PICKING UP MY ITEMS, WHAT TYPE OF CAR DO I NEED?

For smaller items such as signages, wishing wells, and table numbers, any car will do! However, for frames, easels, and stands, you'll need at least a sedan with the ability to put the back seat down, as our stands cannot be disassembled.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND COLLECTION SERVICES?

Yes, we do offer delivery within 35km from WA, Willetton for an additional cost. Delivery is calculated based on distance from our home base in Willetton. Please toggle these options during checkout including any large item/late night bump out fee. Unfortunately, we don't offer delivery beyond 35km from WA, Willetton.
